Minutes of January 3, 2022 C.V.W.C. meeting

Tim called the meeting to order at 7pm.
Roll call of officers was taken with one member absent
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
Jeff Soash provided the financial report it was read and approved 
The Iowa D.N.R fisheries biologist will provide info on the recent walleye study on the Cedar River at the February 7th.meeting
Nominations were taken for all 12 Executive Board positions with the election to take place during the March membership meeting.
Boat Show discussion took place; Raffle items have been purchased, flat top grill and a meat bundle will be the grand prize raffle drawings. A work schedule signup is now on the Forum and Facebook.
Discussed proposed changes to membership levels, the membership form, T.W.F membership/Insurance, N.T.C .and Tournament rule changes
Payment was made to the AMVETS for use of the meeting room.
Drawing was held for two $20.00 SCHEELS gift cards. (Tim Ahrens, Doug Bonwell)
