Tim called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm with 19 members present.
Roll call of officers was taken with three members absent.
Minutes of the December 5 meeting were read and approved.
Financial report it was given by Jeff and approved.

Jay Dietz, Donnie Soash and Grant Rowe have volunteered to be tournament co-directors for 2023.

A committee is needed to plan a banquet if members would like to hold one. Tim will help coordinate, Steve Grimm will help. 2-3 more volunteers are needed.
