Tim called the meeting to order at 6:59 with 17 members present.

• Roll call of Board members – four absent.
• August 4 minutes read and approved.
• Treasurer report by Jeff read and approved.
• Tournament report:
  • Big Spirit Lake Tournament to be September 20.
    • 15 boats so far – six local boats.
    • 12 new memberships.
  • Lansing bridge to close October 15.
• DNR Report:
  • Plainfield Lake netted
    • Catfish & bluegills.
  • Meyers Lake netted
    • Nets cut and fish stolen.
  • South Prairie Lake
    • 60 bluegills to Hickory Hills.
  • Hickory Hills Lake
    • 18 inches below overflow
  • Chris Mack is the new DNR Fisheries Biologist for Lake McBride and Grundy County Lake.
• President’s Report:
  • Petition for river stocking sent to DNR Fisheries with 300 signatures.
  • Family Fun Day.
    • Numbers were down – 300+ participants.
  • Giveaway items:
    • Large supply of line.
    • Low on tackle.
    • Jeff has contacted Mark Halverson – will donate terminal tackle when available.
  • Scheel’s gift cards for meeting giveaways
    • Enough to last through January.
    • Will need to contact Jeremia Matz for next year.
  • Walleye Stocking & Road Cleanup:
    • October 18.
    • Dike Lake @ 8:00 am.
    • Harold Getty Lake.
    • Finish at George Wyth Lake.
    • Road cleanup.
• Old Business:
  • Pizza Ranch – Waverly, October 15, 5:00-8:00.
  • Red Wing Fun Trip
    • 4-4.5 boats.
    • 6 rooms reserved.
