Minutes of March 3, 2025 Official C.V.W.C. meeting.
​Tim called the meeting to order at 7:00 with 23 members present.

• Roll call of Board members – 2 absent.
• February 3 minutes read and approved.
• Treasurer report by Jeff read and approved.
• Tournament report:
  • Guttenberg to be April 12.
  • Clear Lake to be May 3.
  • Boat numbers were drawn after the meeting.
• DNR Report:
  • IDNR Fisheries meeting to be held March 3-5.
  • Hickory Hills valve was closed.
    • Stocking bluegill, largemouth and catfish.
    • Crappies to be stocked later.
• President’s Report:
  • Outdoor Journey for Girls
    • Moved by Jay to sponsor 5 girls, 2nd by Steve G., passed.
  • Sport Show
    • Sign up passed around.
    • Raffles:
      • Fareway gift card.
      • Floating mat.
      • Rod raffle.
  • Events & activities volunteers needed.
  • Moved by Terry B. to give away 2 rods at Pizza Ranch, 2nd by Frank Z., passed.
  • Azzy & Frank Z. to check in to Pizza Ranch Official Fundraiser in Waverly.
  • Additional $300 has been donated for the Scholarship.
  • Thank you from Terry Vanlaningham family for fathers funeral.
  • Donation received from Scheels for tournament give-aways.
  • Ideas are needed for speakers.
  • Two Scheels employees will be donating $500 each to walleye stocking.
