Nominations began at 7:04.
 
Tim called the meeting to order at 7:24 with 27 members present.

• Roll call of Board members – all present.
• December 1 minutes read and apporved.
• Treasurer report by Jeff read and approved.
• No Tournament report.
• DNR Report:
  • February 2 – Lynn Koch.
  • Mark Wynn said lake strain walleyes may be stocked in rivers.
  • Trout stocking to be April 25.
• President’s Report:
  • Hank’s Ice Derby will be February 1.
  • Received last t-shirt order.
    • Fully stocked with new logo.
  • TWF membership:
    • Moved by Steve G. to pay 12 memberships at $40 each.
    • 2nd by Steve M.
    • Motion approved.
  • Boat Show:
    • January 23-25.
    • Need volunteers.
  • Pizza Ranch fundraiser:
    • March 18.
    • Waverly Pizza Ranch.
  • DNR Rathbun RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) for raising river strain walleyes.
    • Moved by Jordan T. for CVWC to match up to $1000 free-will donations at Boat Show.
    • 2nd by Jay D.
    • Motion approved.
  • Banner – discussion of sponsors to keep or remove.
  • Banquet:
    • To be February 21.
    • Waverly Fire Museum.
  • Raffle Rod and Reel.
    • Rod donated by Steve G.
    • Reel & tackle donated by Hank’s.
